Yes, we accept clothes made of special fabrics such as silk, cotton, and linen. Please provide fabric information when dropping off your clothes so we can handle them appropriately.

You can order through our app or website, visit our office in Cilacap directly, or contact us by phone. We also accept orders via WhatsApp.

There are no additional fees for delivery within a 5 km radius from our location. For areas beyond this radius, delivery fees will be charged based on distance.

If your clothes are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and provide a solution according to our policy.
